Prof. Guoliang Chen Shenzhen University, China	Prof. Guoliang Chen is the Dean of the School of Computer and Software, Shenzhen University and the School of Software, University of Science and Technology of China, Director of the National High Performance Computing Center (Hefei), Director of the Teaching Steering Committee of Computer Basic Courses in Higher Educational Institutions of the Ministry of Education, Executive Director of International High Performance Computing (Asia) Director, director of the China Computer Federation and director of the High Performance Computing Professional Committee He mainly engaged in parallel algorithm, high performance computing and its application research. In the research of non-numerical parallel algorithms, some of the best results in the same period have been achieved in the world, including group selection network, recursive selection network, Benes network routing algorithm, VLSI plane embedding algorithm, network maximum flow algorithm, and etc.
Prof. Bingxing Fang China Engineering Academy, China	Prof. Bingxing Fang is the member of China Engineering Academy and currently is the Chief Scientist of China Electronics Information Industry Corporation, Chief Academic Advisor of Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen) School of Computer Science, Honorary Dean of Cyberspace Advanced Technology Research Institute of Guangzhou University, Director of National Engineering Laboratory of Information Content Security Technology, Trusted Distributed Director of the Key Laboratory of Computing and Services Ministry of Education, Deputy Director of the Network and Information Security Professional Committee of the National Informatization Expert Advisory Committee, Chairman of the China Cyberspace Security Association, Chairman of the Chinese Information Society of China, Director of the China Cloud Security and Emerging Technology Security Innovation Alliance Director, Chairman of the Network and Information Security Technical Committee of China Communications Standards Association, Convener of the Cyberspace Security Disciplinary Evaluation Group of the Ministry of Education, etc. He has been engaged in network and information security technology research for a long time.
Prof. Wenfei Fan The University of Edinburgh, UK	Prof. Wenfei Fan is foreign academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, academician of the Royal Society (FRS), academician of the Royal Society of Edinburgh, academician of the European Academy of Sciences, and ACM Fellow. American nationality, settled in the UK. He is currently a professor at the University of Edinburgh, UK. Fan Wenfei has been engaged in the research of big data, database theory and system for a long time.
Prof. Junlong Chen South China University of Technology, China	Prof. Junlong Chen is foreign academician of European Academy of Sciences, academician of European Academy of Sciences and Arts. He currently is a Distinguished Chair Professor of South China University of Technology, doctoral supervisor, and dean of the School of Computer Science and Engineering.
Prof. Jianping Chen Suzhou University of Science and Technology, China	Prof. Jianping Chen is distinguished Professor of Suzhou University of Science and Technology; Chief Scientist of Chongqing Industrial Big Data Innovation Center under China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation; Director of Jiangsu Provincial Key Laboratory of Building Smart Energy Conservation. He used to be a researcher at Bell Laboratories in the United States, an engineer at Lockheed Martin Aerospace Systems in the United States, and deputy director of the Data Science Research Center of the Suzhou Institute of Artificial Intelligence at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Mainly engaged in research work in the fields of machine learning, digital learning, industrial big data application and digital building technology. Presided over scientific research projects such as national key research and development plan topics, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and major platforms for natural science research in universities in Jiangsu Province.
